Although Dr. Ashritha Ravindran primary role is to lead Veeyom in its quest to scaling new heights with excellence, Ashritha Ravindran as a post graduate and research scholar in Aviation is a well versed and an Industry leader in the field of Aviation management and training every student of hers.

In 2017, she recognized the high demand for Aviation, hotel and hospitality Management Candidate and took over the role as a Director, Veeyom.

           She also takes up role as a resource person and motivational speaker and gives counseling to students based on their career personality and psychological activities.

As the Future Logistics Partnership: South India Project Director for Learning and Development, my mission is to establish a footprint of CILT within the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and promote the professional development of both fresh graduates and working professionals through CILT’s International courses.

I have gained much through being an active CILT member over the years, not least working directly with the International Secretariat during the accreditation of Prolific HR Consultants India Ltd. I am very proud to have been part of CILT’s Future Logistics Partnership: South India Project since its inception, and am pleased to continue my association with both CILT and Prolific HR, where I serve as Chief of Strategy and Marketing.

I have over 10 years experience as a pharmacist and information technology enabled services (ITES) training professional, predominantly in pharmaceutical inventory management, order fulfilment, and training on reverse logistics of hardware solutions for personal computer systems. I am a specialist in E-learning.

I have a vision for a fantastic infrastructure in India, and in the Institute I have found the perfect partner.  CILT provides a unique platform enabling individuals to become part of a truly international network, and its presence around the world provides unparalleled opportunities and experiences for Logistics and Transport professionals.
